Is life driving you crazy? Are you scared of being scared? Do you need a change of direction? Sometimes the smallest tweaks can make the biggest differences! There is one main thing I need from you – a commitment to change.

Think of me as your sat-nav, you state where you want to go and I will guide you there!

I use several different techniques, all of which I have used personally and had great results. Everyone is different and different things work for different people.

One 2 One

Through personal experience my first choice would always be one 2 one coaching, it is very helpful for both client and coach to build a rapport.

How it works – We arrange to meet up – simple of that!

Fee – The fee for One 2 One coaching is £30 for a 1 hour session.

Terms and Conditions – Payment can be made at the end of the session by either cash or cheque. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, I would kindly ask that you give me a minimum of 24 hours notice, without this unfortunately charges will be made.

Phone Coaching

If you are not local to me it can be just impossible for us to meet for one 2 one sessions, therefore phone coaching is the perfect solution!

How it works – Either give me a ring or send me an e-mail stating you would like phone coaching. We can then arrange a convenient day and time for us both!

Fee – The fee for phone coaching is £20 for a 45 minute session.

Terms and Conditions – Please pay the fee before our arranged appointment, by either paypal (see below) or cheque. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, I would kindly ask that you give me a minimum of 24 hours notice, without this unfortunately charges will be made.

E-mail Coaching

Sometimes it’s just too difficult to speak the words, which is why I offer e-mail coaching. It can be very therapeutic to put it into writing and a great starting point to build your confidence back up.

How it works – In your initial e-mail tell me what’s going on, what your “what if’s” are and what do you want to change? I will then respond with advice and further questions so that you can make that change!

Fee – The fee for e-mail coaching is £20 for 4 response e-mails from me.

Terms and Conditions – Please pay the fee at the time of sending your initial e-mail by either paypal (see below) or cheque, once the fee is received I will respond within 2 – 7 days (obviously I do my very best to respond as quickly as possible, and will advise on the home page if I will be unavailable for a period of time).
